Land Clearing, Livestock and Arena Fencing
On acreage, the order of work matters. We clear and grade first, then set fence lines and gates where they make sense for your animals and equipment. We build livestock and pasture fencing, complete arenas (grading, footing and fencing), custom gates and custom-fabricated pieces, using wood, wire and other materials. Our fence work comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty.
Neighborhood Fences and Backyards
Some newer neighborhoods, like Otter Creek, have lots of roughly half an acre to an acre, which gives you room to work with. We build privacy, ornamental and neighborhood fences. If your neighborhood has an HOA, we handle the approval, along with permits and 811 utility locates. Our in-house design team can add a custom deck, a patio, a retaining wall, sod and plants, or a turf play area.
Concrete Pools
A bigger lot leaves room for a pool. We build custom concrete pools, about 2 months for a typical build, including excavation, tile, coping, water features, concrete decks and pool fencing.

Yes. Dirt work, land clearing and fencing are all done by our own crew.
Do you build riding arenas?
Yes. We handle the whole arena: grading, footing and fencing. We've built one as part of a full property project in Cave Springs. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll walk the site with you.
