Rogers has a little of everything. There are walkable newer neighborhoods around Pinnacle Hills, established streets closer to downtown, and properties out toward Beaver Lake. Each one calls for something different outdoors. DB Land Solutions is a locally owned company founded in 2020 by Brad Wilborne and Sam McClish, and we design and build for all of them.

What We Build in Rogers

Fences and gates. We build privacy, ornamental, security, property and neighborhood fences, plus custom gates, repairs and staining. We also do livestock and arena fencing if you have acreage. All fence work carries our 1-year craftsmanship warranty.Retaining walls and hardscapes. If your lot slopes, a retaining wall can turn an unusable hillside into a level patio or play area. We build with structural block, natural stone, pavers and aggregates, and we handle the dirt work and excavation ourselves.

Decks and yardscapes. We build custom decks, plantings, sod and turf, all planned by our in-house design team.

Concrete pools. We build custom concrete pools with tile, coping, water features, concrete decks and pool fencing. We also do remodels and add-ons for existing pools.

Smaller Lots, Big Plans

Newer neighborhoods in the Pinnacle Hills area often have smaller lots and community HOA rules. Smaller yards need careful planning, and fences need HOA sign-off. We handle HOA approvals, permits and 811 locates for you, and we'll design the space to get the most out of every square foot.

Yes. Lake-area homes are part of our Rogers service area, and we can help with fences, retaining walls, decks and pools.

Can you build a retaining wall and patio in one project?

Yes. Dirt work, walls and hardscapes are all done by our own crew.

How long does a concrete pool take?

A typical build takes about 2 months. We'll go over your timeline at the site visit.

Is financing available?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available through Hearth, including for pools.
