Fencing That Fits Bella Vista's Rules
Bella Vista's city fence guidelines limit fences in front of the house to 3 feet and fences behind the front of the house to 8 feet. They don't allow barbed, razor or electric wire, and they ask that the finished side face out. Fences also can't cross drainage easements or channels. We plan around all of that from the first site visit.

Decks and Retaining Walls
The ACC reviews decks and retaining walls as well as fences, so the same approach applies. We'll design it with you in-house, get it approved and build it. For walls and hardscapes we work with structural block, natural stone, pavers and aggregates. For decks, wood, metal and wire. We can also handle the dirt work, sod and plantings to finish the space.
Concrete Pools
We build custom concrete pools with tile, coping, water features, concrete decks and pool fencing. A typical build takes about 2 months. We also remodel and add on to existing pools. Monthly payment plans are available through Hearth.

Do I need ACC approval for a fence or deck?
According to the Bella Vista POA, fences, decks and retaining walls need both ACC approval and a city permit. We'll walk you through it and handle the paperwork.
How tall can my fence be?
Under the city's fence guidelines, 3 feet in front of the front of your house or garage, and up to 8 feet behind it. We'll confirm the details for your lot at the site visit.
Can my fence back up to a golf course or lake?
Lakes and golf courses are POA common property. We'll keep your project on your own lot and include it in the ACC review.
