1. Services Provided

DB Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest control services, including but not limited to:

  • General pest control (interior and exterior)

  • Exterior-only quarterly pest protection

  • Mosquito control services

  • Rodent control programs

  • Preventative and maintenance treatments

Specific services, scope, pricing, and frequency are defined in the signed service agreement provided to each customer.

2. Service Agreements and Billing

Quarterly Service Plans

  • Services are provided under a 12-month agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Billing occurs quarterly unless otherwise specified.

  • Autopay is required for all recurring services.

  • Agreements automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice.

Add-On Services

Add-on services (including mosquito and rodent programs) are billed according to the signed estimate or agreement.

Late Payments

  • Declined or late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Accounts more than 30 days past due may be referred to collections.

  • The customer is responsible for any fees incurred in the collection of unpaid balances.

3. Property Access and Preparation

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Secure pets prior to service.

  • Disclose known pest activity or hazards.

  • Ensure utilities (water and electricity, when necessary) are available.

If service cannot be performed due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, a service fee may apply.

4. Results and Re-Service Policy

DB Pest Solutions provides preventative and management-based pest control services. While we strive for effective results, complete elimination of pests cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors, sanitation conditions, structural variables, and neighboring properties.

If pests covered under the service plan return between scheduled visits, we will provide a complimentary re-service at no additional charge, provided the account is in good standing and treatment instructions have been followed.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Arkansas law:

  • DB Pest Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service.

  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed infestations, or structural deficiencies not reasonably detectable at the time of service.

Structural repairs, mold remediation, contamination cleanup, or property restoration are not included unless explicitly contracted in writing.

6. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with site functionality.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

All website content, including text, branding, logos, and images, is the property of DB Pest Solutions and may not be used without authorization.

7. Estimates and Online Requests

Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate:

  • Does not create a binding agreement.

  • Does not guarantee service availability.

  • Does not lock pricing until formally approved and scheduled.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service agreements with 30 days’ written notice.

If a 12-month agreement is canceled prior to completion of the term, an early termination fee may apply as outlined in the signed service agreement.

9. Chemical Application and Safety

All products are applied according to label requirements and applicable federal and state regulations.

Customers agree to follow all post-treatment instructions, including but not limited to:

  • Re-entry time requirements

  • Dry-time guidelines

  • Ventilation recommendations

Failure to follow instructions may void service guarantees.

10. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DB Pest Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Failure to disclose property conditions

  • Failure to follow treatment instructions

  • Alterations to treated areas without notice

  • Unsafe conditions on the property

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Benton or Washington County, Arkansas.

12. Modifications to Terms

DB Pest Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
