Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of dblandsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by DB Land Solutions ("DB Land Solutions," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About Our Services
DB Land Solutions provides fence, outdoor space and pool construction services for residential, commercial and agricultural properties in Northwest Arkansas. Our services include fence installation, repair and staining, decks, hardscapes, retaining walls, landscaping, dirt work, and concrete pool construction and remodels. The Site describes our services for general information only. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, site conditions and other factors.
Estimates and Online Requests
- Submitting a contact or estimate form on the Site is a request for information. It does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on your project.
- Any prices, timelines or turnaround times mentioned on the Site or in conversation are general estimates, not promises.
- A project is only agreed to once you and DB Land Solutions sign a written bid for that project (the "signed bid").
- Bids are based on what we see at the site visit. If conditions turn out to be different (for example, hidden rock, buried debris, utilities, or changes you request), the price and schedule may change. We'll discuss any changes with you before doing extra work.
Your Signed Bid Controls
Each project is governed by its signed bid, which covers the scope, price, payment schedule, deposits, timeline and any warranty for that job. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed bid, your signed bid controls.
Payment. Payment terms, including any deposit, due dates and accepted payment methods, are stated in your signed bid.
Warranty
Our fence work comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Full warranty details, including what is covered and any warranty for other types of work, are stated in your signed bid.
Permits, HOA Approvals and Utility Locates
For our projects, we handle 811 utility locates, HOA approvals and permits as part of the job. You agree to give us accurate information about your property, including property lines, HOA rules and any private underground lines (such as sprinkler systems, private electric, septic or gas lines) that 811 does not mark. Unless your signed bid says otherwise, you are responsible for confirming your property lines and providing a survey if one is needed.
Property Access
You agree to give us safe, reasonable access to your property for site visits and work, to secure pets, and to let us know about any known hazards. If we can't safely access the property at a scheduled time, we may need to reschedule the visit or work.
Financing
Monthly payment options are offered through Hearth, a third-party financing platform. Financing is provided by Hearth and its lending partners, not by DB Land Solutions. Approval, rates and terms are set by them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We don't guarantee financing approval.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's information
- Send spam, harmful code or anything that could disrupt the Site
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Photos and Content
The text, photos, logos and other content on the Site belong to DB Land Solutions or are used with permission. Project photos show past work and are examples only. Your project may look different depending on materials, site conditions and design. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. We only show photos of a customer's property on the Site or our social media with that customer's permission.
Reviews and Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site are from real customers and reflect their individual experiences. Your results may differ.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Hearth. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free, or that the Site will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Arkansas law, DB Land Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under your signed bid or under laws that can't be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
